About me
I became interested in UX early on in my career while working as a web developer during the "dot com days" - at a time when many companies seemed to be more concerned about rapid growth than their customer experience.
This led me to study Human Computer Interaction, and pursue a career in design. Since then I've gained experience in various industries, designing experiences for mobile, web, consumer electronics and wearable devices.
I'm currently a Product Designer with Experian , where I focus on improving financial inclusion and helping to reduce the growing affordability gap.

- Strengthened Santander's mobile self-service capabilities.
- Improved the reach and availability of Skype .
- Enhanced Nokia's product offering in key growth markets.
- Expanded the use of web applications within Central Govt.
What motivates me
I enjoy having a deeper understanding of how and why we use digital products, and the benefits these can have on different aspects of our life. Which is one of main reasons why I became a Tech Volunteer for the RNIB.

I prefer working for organisations where design isn't simply seen as a service, but as an integral partner in the decision-making process. I appreciate honesty and transparency, and being in an environment that promotes humility and healthy collaboration.
